Instagram is Rocka's primary platform, driven by fitness community content and athlete partnerships. Facebook is used for performance retargeting and subscription acquisition. Zietlow's personal brand content on YouTube continues to drive top-of-funnel awareness for the supplement brand.
Copy centres on vegan performance: 'plant-based protein that works'. Transparency in ingredient sourcing and clean formulations resonates with the health-conscious fitness audience. Flavour variety launches create campaign moments. Community and lifestyle content supplement direct-response ads.
Rocka Nutrition illustrates the flywheel advantage of founder-influencer brands: the audience acquisition cost is near-zero at launch because the founder already has distribution. The key lesson is to then build brand infrastructure independent of the founder's personal channel — diversifying customer acquisition before the personal brand becomes a ceiling.
