Terms of Service
Owner: WMB GmbH (“AdLibrary.com”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of AdLibrary.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, users (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Services Provided
AdLibrary.com provides a search interface across publicly available advertising libraries, including but not limited to Meta and Google platforms, and may support additional platforms in the future. The Service also offers enrichment features to identify and contact advertisers based on publicly accessible information.
AdLibrary.com does not host, sell, or display advertisements of its own. All data shown originates from third-party platforms that are legally required to make such data available.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- The Service is available globally but governed under Austrian law.
- Anonymous users may perform up to 3 searches daily.
- Registered free accounts may perform up to 10 searches daily.
- Subscription accounts receive additional monthly search credits depending on their plan.
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security and accuracy of registration data.
3. Use of the Services
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Scrape, extract, or automate queries outside permitted API/business access.
- Circumvent search or subscription limits.
- Use the Service to engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s security or infrastructure.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
- The Service is provided under a freemium model with optional subscription plans.
- Paid plans may include a 14-day free trial for business subscriptions.
- Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. AdLibrary.com does not store payment details, only subscription IDs and credit usage information.
- Refunds are available only if requested within 24 hours of payment for downgrade/cancellation purposes.
- No refunds are granted for unused subscription time. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property
- All rights, title, and interest in the Service, the domain adlibrary.com, its software, design, and content (excluding third-party ad library data) remain the property of WMB GmbH.
- AdLibrary.com does not claim ownership of third-party advertising data. Such data is displayed solely for informational purposes.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
AdLibrary.com collects limited personal data, including email addresses and subscription/credit usage information. Payment data is processed by Stripe and not stored by AdLibrary.com.

7. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Subscription payments are not made;
- Abuse, fraudulent activity, or circumvention of limits is detected;
- Use of the Service violates these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
- AdLibrary.com relies on third-party advertising libraries; we are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or legality of third-party data.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, WMB GmbH disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Austrian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
