Facebook and Instagram target health-conscious millennial parents, with interest targeting around paleo, keto, Weston A. Price, and ancestral health. Founder-face video content performs strongly — Joe and Serenity's authentic story creates community-like trust. Podcast ads on nutrition and parenting shows drive top-of-funnel awareness.
Themes: ancestral nutrition (what babies evolved to eat), no sugar/grains (vs conventional pouches), and ethical sourcing (pasture-raised, humanely raised meats). Copy challenges mainstream baby food directly — educational content on infant fat requirements for brain development justifies the premium.
Serenity Kids demonstrates how counter-positioning to a dominant category paradigm (high-fat vs low-fat baby food) can build a fiercely loyal niche. When you can genuinely say 'we're the opposite of everyone else and here's why that's better,' the market defines you by contrast.
