See all ads on AdLibrary →Bergamotte is a Paris-based DTC flower delivery and subscription brand founded in 2015 by Victor Genin and Mathieu Cosme. A co-founding member of the France DNVB association, it disrupted the French floral market with curated, design-forward bouquets delivered direct to consumers and offered via subscription — a DTC benchmark in the perishables category.
Bergamotte's paid creative is Instagram-native — editorial bouquet photography that looks like interior design content rather than a florist ad. Gift occasions (Mother's Day, Valentine's, birthdays) drive major paid media bursts. Browse Bergamotte's campaigns at AdLibrary.
Instagram drives discovery with aspirational bouquet imagery. Facebook targets gift-givers with occasion-based campaigns and retargets past purchasers ahead of seasonal moments. Subscription ads target plant parents and regular flower buyers with recurring-delivery convenience messaging.
Copy themes: flowers as design objects, the ritual of fresh flowers at home, gift giving made beautiful and simple, and subscription as self-care. Bergamotte positions bouquets as curated aesthetic objects rather than generic gifts, justifying a premium vs. traditional florists.
Bergamotte proves that aesthetic elevation transforms commodity categories. Flowers are universally available — the DTC advantage is curation and presentation, not price. Their subscription model creates LTV far above a single-order florist, and occasion-based remarketing is one of the highest-ROAS strategies in the gifting category.
